REVAAMP SUB-AGGREGATOR
PROCEDURE FOR REGISTERING AS A REVAAMP SUB-AGGREGATOR
• Express your interest by completing a Revaamp Sub-Aggregation Registration Form and submit same.
• Upon acceptance and shortlisting of your application, you shall pass through a selection process. Upon successful completion of the Selection Process and Training, you shall receive a provisional letter of appointment after which your appointment can be confirmed.
DUTIES OF A REVAAMP SUB-AGGREGATOR
1. Introduction and training of Business Partners, Value Partners and Premium Agents and Sub-Aggregators.
2. Providing Liaison Services for all the Participants introduced by you.
3. Sourcing for Premium Discount Off-take Contracts.
4. Providing Business Development Services for projects within your town of residence.
5. Establishment of Cooperative Group(s) for Revaamp Business Partners and Revaamp Premium Agents.
6. Providing Liaison services and regular training for the Cooperative Group(s) established by you.
7. Bidding for Premium Discount Forward and Supply Contracts for the Cooperative Group(s) established by you.
8. Organizing, Supervising and Evaluating community services for the Cooperative Group(s) established by you.
BENEFITS ACCRUING TO A REVAAMP SUB-AGGREGATOR
1. Where you provide Business Development Services for any project, you shall be entitled to 10% of every monthly income earned by Revacom from the Project.
2. You shall be entitled to introduce Properties for sale under the Revaamp Agency Scheme and shall be entitled to 70% of Agency fee payable by the owner upon sale of any property introduced by you.
3. Where you successfully refer a buyer for any property listed on the Revaamp Transactions Platform, you shall be entitled to 90% Agency fee payable by the buyer and 20% of Agency fee payable by the seller of the property.
4. You shall be entitled to 20% of the Registration fee payable by any new Revaamp Premium Agent introduced by you. You shall also be entitled to 20% of the Yearly Registration Renewal fee payable by them.
5. You shall be entitled to 50% of the Registration fee payable by any new Revaamp Business Partner introduced by you. You shall also be entitled 50% of their Registration Renewal Fee.
6. You shall be entitled to 20% of the administrative fee payable by any Premium Agents, Business Partners and Value Partners introduced by you for any income he/she earns under the Programme.
7. You shall be entitled to 5% of the profit from any Premium Discount Contract secured by you.
8. You shall be entitled to 5% of income to be earned by the Cooperative groups established by you from Premium Discount Contracts.
9. You shall be entitled to 50% of Registration Fee payable by any Revaamp Sub-Aggregator introduced by you.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. Your Appointment shall only be confirmed upon your payment of the sum of N50,000 (Fifty Thousand Naira) only as Registration fee
2. You shall pay the sum of N50,000 (Fifty Thousand Naira) only annually as Registration renewal fee.
3. Every income you earn shall be subject to 2.5% deduction as administrative fee.
